What if I'm not sure which tier is right for me?

Start with Tier 1. The Listing Audit is designed to give you a clear picture of where your property stands and what's worth fixing. Most people know within the first call whether they want to keep going — and if they do, the $150 rolls directly into Tier 2, so you're not paying twice.

How does the Tier 1 rollover into Tier 2 work?

If you complete Tier 1 and decide to move forward, your $150 is credited toward the $400 cost of Tier 2 — you only pay $250 more. The credit applies automatically when you book through the rollover link provided after your audit call.

What does "on-call" actually mean for Tier 3?

It means a direct line — text or call — for anything that comes up during your engagement. Guest issue at 10pm, pricing question before a holiday weekend, a review you're not sure how to handle. You're not waiting on a scheduled call. That said, it's not a 24/7 emergency line — it's a working relationship with someone who knows your property.

What area does Upstateish serve?

Properties in the region south of Woodstock, NY — through the Hudson Valley, Catskill foothills, and into northern New Jersey. Sullivan, Ulster, and Orange counties, and across the border into Passaic and Sussex County NJ. If you're in that corridor and unsure, just reach out.

Do I need to be on Airbnb specifically?

No. Presentation, pricing, guest experience, operations — the work applies across platforms. Most of this market lives on Airbnb and that's where the listing audit is most hands-on, but if you're on VRBO, Hipcamp, or running direct bookings, we can still do the work. The fundamentals don't change by platform.
